TERMS & CONDITIONS






The terms and conditions below regulate the use of the OHAYŌ shop localised on web address www.ohayo.dk. The conditions follow the statutory regulations of the Danish Act of Sales and other statutory Danish regulations concerning online consumer sales. 
 

Payment

You can pay with Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Visa-Electron and American Express. Prices do not include payment or delivery charge. All prices can be displayed in DKK. The amount will be deducted from your account, when purchased item(s) leaves our stock.
 

Security

You can safely use your credit card on our web shop. Our payment system requires 3D Secure - a worldwide security standard verified by Visa and Mastercard. 
 

Order confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order. 
 

Prices 

The price of each product is stated in DKK excluding shipping costs but inclusive of the Danish rate of VAT (25%) and all import taxes within the EU. 
 

Local Taxes

Please note that local charges (customs duty, sales tax) can occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at your own expense. 
 

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change prices of the products sold. The prices of the products will, during the time of placing an order, be valid throughout that specific process. We do however take reservations for typing errors. 
 

Complaints and Faulty Delivered Goods

If you have received a faulty item, or if it is not the product on your invoice, please contact us promptly via ohayodk@gmail.com or by visiting our store. If we believe that your complaint is justified, we will send you a new product with free shipping included. If the item is out of stock, we will refund the price of the item. For EU costumers, if your case has been mistreated or we have not together reached a final solution, you can as a final doing submit a complaint to the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution at http://ec.europa.eu/odr 
 

Shipping

All items are shipped by parcel post with DAO or DHL. You therefore have the opportunity to follow your package via track and trace from shipping until it’s delivered. For packages delivered within Denmark we use DAO. Your package will be delivered to the nearest DAO pakkeshop where you can pick it up. Once you have received the package, you should inspect its content. If the package and/or contents are damaged, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.   
 

Returns

OHAYO is a small business with unique vintage items and our return policy is based thereon. If you wish to return an item we can give you a gift certificate, or you can exchange it to other pieces in stock. Our gift certificate is valid for one year. We do not give money back in return. You have the right to return your purchases within a period of 14 calendar days after the day of delivery.

Please contact us at ohayodk@gmail.com if you wish to return an item. Remember to forward your receipt. Return is only possible if the purchased items are returned in the same condition and quantity as when received. This implies that the items are unused upon receipt. If there is evidence to suggest that the product has been used to a degree such as to decrease its value, the customer loses his/her right to exercise a return. When exercising your right to return an item the shipment is paid by the customer. OHAYŌ will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping.

Disclaimer

It is our ambition that the website is always up and running, however we cannot guarantee this.

We cannot guarantee that all the products shown are available at the time you place your order. If the product you order is no longer available you will be contacted by e-mail shortly after placing your order.

Due to the colour settings of your computer, the colours of the products shown in the pictures in the OHAYŌ store can differ from their actual colours. OHAYŌ cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy. 
 
 

Lack of conformity

If the purchased items are damaged or does not conform to its description, please contact us at ohayodk@gmail.com and we will remedy the lack of conformity if the complaint is rightful. This is done under the rules of The Danish Sale of Goods Act.

When contacting us please explain the lack of conformity in detail. Complaints must be filed within reasonable time after delivery. We will naturally refund shipping expenses in relation to a rightful complaint.
